The Accelerated Flight Attendant Training Program combines online coursework with hands-on resident training at the JetBlue University Campus in Orlando, Florida. Students also receive flight attendant interview preparation, resume development, and ongoing career placement assistance to help prepare them for airline career opportunities.

Phase I

Flight Attendant Online Training

Our online flight attendant training introduces students to the fundamentals of the airline industry while allowing them to progress at their own pace. Coursework combines essential aviation knowledge with career preparation to help students prepare for the next phase of training and the airline hiring process.

Phase II

Hands-On Flight Attendant Training

One week of resident flight attendant training in Orlando, Florida, combining classroom instruction, hands-on exercises, and career preparation. As part of the resident training experience, students participate in specialized hands-on training at JetBlue University.

Training is completed in two phases. Phase I is online flight attendant training completed at your own pace, covering airline industry fundamentals, safety, customer service, and career preparation. Phase II is approximately one week of resident training in Orlando, Florida, combining classroom instruction, hands-on flight attendant training, interview preparation, and on-site flight attendant interview opportunities with participating airlines. Specialized hands-on training is also conducted at JetBlue University.

Yes. Phase II is an in-person resident training experience in Orlando, Florida. The resident portion includes classroom instruction, hands-on flight attendant training, interview preparation, and on-site interview opportunities with participating airlines. As part of the resident training, students also participate in specialized hands-on training at JetBlue University.

During the resident week, students participate in classroom instruction, hands-on flight attendant training, emergency and evacuation exercises, aircraft safety and equipment training, CPR and AED instruction, service training, and career preparation. Students also participate in specialized training at JetBlue University and have the opportunity to interview on-site with participating airlines.

Yes. Hotel accommodations are included during the resident training week in Orlando, Florida, so students do not need to arrange separate lodging.

Students will receive a detailed checklist before attending resident training. You’ll need appropriate classroom and interview attire, required identification and travel documents, and other items needed for hands-on training activities. Specific instructions and packing requirements will be provided before your scheduled class.

The curriculum combines airline industry knowledge, passenger safety, emergency procedures, customer service, crew resource management, and career preparation. Students also receive resume and interview preparation, along with hands-on resident training covering aircraft safety equipment, emergency and evacuation procedures, service skills, and other practical flight attendant training exercises.
