This optional add-on is available to students enrolled in the Accelerated Flight Attendant Training Program who want to expand their airline career opportunities. Students complete additional online coursework focused on airline customer service and operations, including reservations, ticketing, check-in, and other essential ground-based skills. The program also includes one additional day of hands-on SABRE training at the JetBlue University Campus in Orlando, Florida.

By combining flight attendant training with airline customer service and SABRE skills, students can prepare for both inflight and ground-based airline career opportunities.

Expanded Online Training

As part of this add-on, students receive additional online training designed to build practical knowledge of airline customer service and ground operations. Coursework covers the customer journey, professional communication, airport operations, passenger assistance, airline systems, and other skills used in customer-facing airline roles.

With this training you'll be qualified to pursue roles in airline customer service, gate operations, ticketing, reservations, and SABRE-based airline systems — in addition to flight attendant positions.

It runs alongside the Accelerated Flight Attendant Program. The additional online training is completed during Phase I, and the extra hands-on day happens immediately after the 5-day resident week.
