Our experienced Career Placement Department provides ongoing career support to Flight Attendant and Airline Customer Service graduates as they pursue employment opportunities throughout the airline industry.
Placement assistance includes application guidance, resume support, interview preparation, access to current airline job opportunities, and continued support throughout the job search. Graduates can also schedule Zoom interview-preparation sessions with our Career Placement Department to refresh their interview skills and prepare for upcoming airline interviews.
Eligible students also have opportunities to interview on-site with participating airlines during resident training, allowing them to begin the airline hiring process before graduation.
While no school, college, or university can guarantee employment, The Airline Academy is committed to supporting our graduates throughout their airline careers. Lifetime career placement assistance is included for our graduates, so students can continue to utilize our placement services after completing the program.
Graduates also receive access to our Career Job Board, featuring current airline opportunities with information about available positions, locations, qualifications, and hiring requirements.

Interview preparation is built into the program and includes airline-specific interview techniques, common interview formats and questions, STAR-method preparation, appearance and professionalism guidelines, and guidance for video, virtual, and in-person interviews.
